Practices will be in hour increments. Schedule is subject to change.

Inclement weather: practices will still be held in the rain unless thunder/lightening is present.

4:30-5:15pm -Middle school/high schoolers

5:30pm-6:15pm Elementary school swimmers

Please talk to the head coach if you need to come to a late practice or an earlier practice.

For swim practices, please have swimmers wear a one-piece suit of their choosing. Goggles are also useful!
